The Aviary
Housed under the soaring cathedral ceiling of the historic Kinderhook Knitting Mill, The Aviary features seasonal menus highlighting locally sourced, globally inspired cuisine. Chef Hannah Wong works closely with Hudson Valley farmers, while also drawing on her personal experiences and 10+ years of working in NYC kitchens, to produce an eclectic and ever evolving array of dishes. The Aviary bar features a curated wine list and speciality cocktails developed by Sarah Jane McLaughlin, in collaboration with Kinderhook Knitting Mill neighbors 2 Note.

The Aviary is perfect for intimate and private events . The Aviary can host seated dinner for up to 125 guests & cocktail party for 200 guests. The space is ideal for your rehearsal dinner, small wedding, or other celebratory cocktail or dinner party.
